Sea Horse Dunes is a large family oriented gulf front home. It is located in Panama City Beach on a private street off Thomas Dr. This 3 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach front home has plenty of room for the entire family including pets. The ground floor has a covered porch with plenty of outdoor seating for grilling and relaxation. Upon entering the ground floor living area - there is a large sea turtle mural, living room and its 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The ground floor living room has a full sleeper pull out couch, 2 leather recliners and flat screen TV. Walk up to the main floor on the 2nd level by heading up the outside staircase and prepare yourself for the beautiful gulf front view. The outside porch on the 2nd level gives you plenty of space to stretch out and sit and admire the gulf. The porch is covered with plenty of chairs and tables to use. This porch wraps around to a larger porch street side with a large family size picnic table. Upon entering the main level you will feast your eyes on large open ceilings, fireplace, large wrap around couch, extremely large flat screen TV mounted about the fireplace, a dining room with seating for 8 and a full cozy kitchen with antique style cabinets and ceiling pot rack. The living room has 30ft glass windows and a stairway to take you to the 3rd level. There are 2 bedrooms and one bath on the main level. Finally look up into the grand main level and you will see a loft with a sofa sleeper and additional bedroom with bathroom. - The main floor does have a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet for use during your stay. - For parking there is a 2 car carport and the remaining driveway - is large enough for at least 3 more vehicles. This beachfront home has its own boardwalk that leads to the beautiful white sand beach.
